Shipping & Return Policy

All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space in London. Prints will be shipped worldwide from their UK or Germany studios depending on your location. 

Standard Flat Rate worldwide shipping typically takes 5-10 working days depending on your location. 

Prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.  

Delivery Time: Orders usually ship out within 72-hours of your purchase, and will usually arrive within 5-10 working days. 

Estimated Average Shipping Times. 

  • Europe: 3-5 Business Days
  • USA & Canada: 7-9 Business Days
  • Rest of the World: Up to 10 Business Days

Sustainability Measures and Carbon Neutral Print Process: 

I'm proud to say that my prints are sustainably packaged and carbon neutral from end-to-end. This was only made possible by the amazing efforts of my print studio partner The Print Space, who have worked incredibly hard to carefully inspect every stage of their printing and shipping process. 

 

Returns on damaged or lost artwork

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwaork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost.

In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).

 

Customs

We have duty free delivery to the EU, customers in other countries may have to pay a Customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.

 

Certificates of Authenticity and Edition Numbers:

The entire print series has a limited edition quantity in each size. You can see detailed information on the editions on the product pages. Once the prints sell out in each size and edition, they will never be available again. This is it!

Each print comes with a unique certificate of authenticity. 

It provides the name of the image, the edition number, production date, certificate number and a hologram authentication patch that is matched by a unique number on both the print and certificate.
