Beneath the vast, open sky along the Côte d'Opale in France, a hidden world is unveiled as the tide retreats. Here, at low tide, a network of mussel banks and weathered mussel poles emerges from the shallow waters, bearing witness to the age-old tradition of harvesting nature's bounty.
